You own the whole stack.
I run the servers.

Every agency knows open-source saves money. What stops you isn't the software, it's who sets up the VPS, who patches it, who's awake when it crashes at 2am. That's exactly my job. You own the server and all your data, and you never touch a command line.

01 Why you haven't done it yet
The real blocker

You're not missing tools. You're missing an operator.

Open-source software is free and anyone can download it. But downloading it is where the work starts, not where it ends.

01

Bare software, not running

A downloaded n8n or CRM is just files. Someone has to spin up the VPS, configure it, secure it and connect it before your team can use a thing.

02

Setup isn't the end of it

Servers need patching, updates, backups and uptime monitoring every single day. Neglect it for a few weeks and you lose data or the system dies mid-workday.

03

Hiring DevOps is overkill

An in-house engineer runs $600 to $1,200 a month. A 5 to 15 person agency doesn't need that, and can't justify it, for something that runs in the background.

I'm that operator, on a monthly retainer.

Far cheaper than a full-time hire, and you still own the entire system.

02 The easy part · do it yourself

💡
More tools doesn't mean deploy them all. Over-provisioning wastes RAM and ops time, and it just confuses your team. I start with the three that free up the most hours, then expand when you actually need it.

How I work with you

Four steps, and you don't touch the technical side at any of them.

01

15-min call

I map the right stack for your size and budget. No selling you things you don't need.

02

You own the VPS

You buy the VPS, I advise on which plan. The server is in your name, never locked to me.

03

I build it all

Install, harden, configure, connect, back up. A few days later you log in and it just works.

04

I keep it running

Monthly monitoring 24/7, backups, patches, uptime. A 2am crash is mine to fix, not yours.

05 Straight talk
No dogma

Self-host what's worth it. Keep SaaS for the rest.

Not everything should be self-hosted. I'll tell you straight: where owning it pays off, and where you should just keep paying for peace of mind. Tú himself still pays for Google Workspace, because it's worth it.

🔒 Worth self-hosting (I run it)

  • Automation and repetitive work
  • Client-facing ad reporting
  • CRM and customer data
  • Large internal file storage
vs

☁️ Keep on SaaS (worth the money)

  • Company email and calendar (Google Workspace)
  • Anything that needs absolute uptime
  • Where the saving is tiny next to the risk
  • What the team already knows, so switching hurts
06 Bespoke, not boilerplate
Built around your operation

I don't sell templates. I build the workflow your team is missing.

Generic Zapier recipes won't move the needle. I look at how your agency actually runs, your tools, your projects, where the hours leak, then build and maintain the automation that removes that specific bottleneck.

01

Audit

We walk through your current projects and stack. I map exactly where your team loses hours every week.

02

Build

I design and build the automation on your own server. Tested, documented, and fully yours to keep.

03

Maintain

I keep it alive as APIs and tools change, so it never breaks silently in the background.

Builds that usually pay for themselves first

Automated ad reporting

from ₫3M · AI commentary from ₫5M

"End of every month, the whole team stops to assemble client reports."

Pulls Meta and Google Ads daily, pre-computes CPL, ROAS and CTR into a live dashboard, and emails or Telegrams each client their report on schedule.

Lead to rep in 60s

from ₫3M

"A lead fills the form at 11pm, we call at 9am, and they're already gone."

Facebook and web-form leads flow straight into your CRM, ping a rep on Telegram or Zalo instantly, and auto-assign an owner. No lead slips through.

One piece, a week of posts

from ₫3M

"We write one long piece, then chop it into a dozen posts by hand."

Drop in one long-form piece, AI splits it into posts for Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok in your brand voice, then schedules them. Write once, publish all week.

Unified inbox + AI triage

from ₫4M

"Messages are scattered across five pages and email, so things slip."

Pull messages from many pages, email and the website into one inbox. AI tags each by request type and drafts a reply so the team closes faster.

These are examples. Your build starts from whatever the audit turns up. Run two or more and I fold them into the ops retainer so they cost less than one-offs.

07 No lock-in, no babysitting
Risk reversal

You own everything. I'm the one who gets paged.

Self-hosting shouldn't mean you're on the hook when something breaks. That's the whole point of the retainer.

🔐

Your data

Everything lives on your server, not a third-party platform. No lock-in, ever.

💾

Daily backups

Encrypted off-site backups every day, with a written recovery commitment in the contract.

📡

24/7 monitoring

I see incidents before you notice them, and fix them on the spot.

🤝

Clean handover

Stop anytime. I hand over the full server and data, no hostage-taking.

The monthly retainer covers: VPS setup and management, 24/7 monitoring, daily off-site backups, updates and patching, email deliverability, and incident handling. You pay the VPS provider directly and own that server; I just advise on the right plan. The prices above are a starting point, locked in once I understand your needs. Prepay discounts on the monthly ops fee apply to Growth and Full: 3 months −5%, 6 months −10%, 12 months −20%. VAT invoice available. (₫ = VND, M = million.)

09 FAQ
Common questions

The things agencies ask first

Anything not covered here, the 15-minute call clears up.

I'm not technical. Do I ever have to touch the server?

No. You just log in and use the interface like any other app. The VPS, command line, configuration and backups are all on me. You never open a terminal.

Why a monthly ops fee?

Because a server isn't set-and-forget. It needs updates, patches, backups and constant monitoring so it doesn't die mid-workday or lose data. The retainer is far cheaper than an in-house engineer, and you still have someone on call.

Is using open-source legal?

Completely. This is free software, licensed for business use and customization. I charge for the technical setup and operations, not for a software license.

Is open-source worse than the paid tools?

For most small-agency needs, no. These tools are mature and run at large companies. A few advanced features differ, and I'll tell you straight before you decide.

Whose server is it, mine or yours?

Yours. The VPS is in your name and you pay the provider directly. I'm only the operator. Stop anytime and I hand over the full server and data.

What if the system breaks?

There's 24/7 monitoring and daily backups. When something goes wrong I handle it per the commitment in the contract. That's exactly what the ops fee buys.
